'Let England Shake' is everything you would want from a new Polly Jean Harvey album. It's fresh, hauntingly friendly and strong. Already a leading candidate for album of the year. It's perfect and yes, I'm biased.
The album was recorded inside a church in Dorset (Polly's hometown). Great stuff, right?
